Collaborator

Question

I was on th ebasic plan for many year snow over 15 years, now my collaborators needed a few new sheets and I wanted to clean up my workspace.

Once I upgraded to pro my collaborators are unable to upload files, unable to message me, regardless of the status I give them. Now all we do with smartsheet is load scope of work and files, assign the work to our team working remotely and then they upload their work and ping me when they have questions, I never had issues and now I been stuck three days without them being able to use the sheet as intended and as per last 15 years?

I sent a ticket in without response, booked a meeting with the sales team for today they never showed up.. I need this bad, it is stopping my business form functionning.

I am getting a message saying you need to set them to comenters, however regardless of permission I grant it does not let them do their work, please help

Thank you very much, yes seem I had to upgrade to Pros and had to license my workers now everyone is licensed, but still one worker is having a hard time to move line items to different sheet, she has 5 sheets in her workspace but the one is giving her issues with permissions which are same Editor - Cannot share on all sheets but only th eone seem to not allow her to trasnfer data?

Is there a maximum amount of sheet a license user can work with?

Since the issue started immediately after upgrading, it sounds like a permissions or account configuration issue rather than a problem with the sheets themselves. I would recommend asking Support to review your account settings and collaborator permissions, as file uploads and conversations should still work with the appropriate access levels.
