Is anyone else experiencing an issue where logos from other companies are being included in the email notifications from approval and update request automations? Yesterday, we noticed that our approval request and update request emails are showing company logos from other organizations rather than either our own logo, or the Smartsheet logo, depending on the specific workspace logo settings. I noticed a trend where as late as April 22, our company logo was showing, then by April 29 the Smartsheet logo replaced our company logo, and then yesterday, the logos from other random companies are now showing in the email notifications. I have a case submitted to SS Support but wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this phenomenon? This is a very concerning issue for us and i have no idea how to correct it. I've even gone into the workspace colors & logo settings and reset the company logo but still get other company logos appearing in the email notifications.
