We have a problem with granting access to users who do not hold a license (view only access), we are adding users (members of our company but not having Smartsheet license) and some can access, some get this error:
Error Message: Sorry but we are having trouble signing you in. Your administrator has configured Smartsheet to block users unless they are specifically granted ('assigned') access to the application. The signed user <email> is blocked because they are not a direct memeber of a group with access, nor had access directly assigned by an administrator. Please contact your administrator to assign access to this application.
This is really annoying, can someone explain why this error happens?
