I have 2 email addresses for Smartsheet. One is .co.uk which is associated with my computer. The other is a .com.
When I log in using the .com email and select North America region (which is where the data is stored) I only have the option to log in using Microsoft which then defaults me to the .co.uk account and I can't see the Smartsheet that i need.
If i select any other region i have the option to log in using email address and password but doesn't take me to the US account/data that i need.
I was able to access it up until about March time but haven't been able to since and it's causing issues.
