We run an automation to alert a Smartsheet group that about a change in a Smartsheet table. Whenever the automation is run we receive an email indicating that particular person (shown by their email address) is not receiving the alert. The person in question has left the company, his email address has been removed from Smartsheet and the Smartsheet group.
I have search for his email address but there is no reference to it.
It seems his email address is a left over from a previous version of the group, but I cannot work out how to remove it.
