Splitting multiple form answers

I've seen a few workarounds for this, that usually require another party or app. I've also seen "basic" formulas using INDEX, for this, but as someone who is VERY new to Smartsheet, I'm hoping for some additional guidance. I created a form, essentially for class registration. Sometimes people sign up for 1 class, sometimes it is multiple. When there are multiple selections, it would be very nice to see each class in its own row.

Unfortunately, Smartsheet doesn't have a native way to automatically split a multi-select form response into multiple rows using formulas alone.

The simplest option, if you are not looking to bring in any third party apps or complex formulas, is to add an instruction on your form telling registrants to submit the form once per class if signing up for multiple.
