We'd like to enter data from hard copy files into a sheet. We've found air pens or scanners, but we're not sure if we can use them with Smartsheet.

The best solution will naturally depend on what you are scanning. If it's bar codes or QR codes, there are some threads already in community with ideas. Please see these related community threads:
