Is there any way to create an automation that includes all attachements on a row, but also correctly shows the Triggering User?
Process is
User Completes Update Request with PDFS → This Triggers Update Request to Management → Management Approve via Updated Request → Trigger Email to Accounts
However, the Accounts team require the email be sent from the Managents team email, so the Management Team's email shouls show as the Triggering User
I am encountering two issues
- Triggering User often shows as the Sheet Owner.
- Not all attachements are showing on the Notfiy email.
Is there a workaround for this?
