Pro Member user + Owner of the workspeace and Sheets but csant cross reference other sheets in the workspace.

Question

Hi All,

I have a Pro plan and I'm assigned as a Member. The workspace and all the sheets under it owned by me. When I try to reference another sheet, the select range pop-up appears and allows me to select the range. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear as a range in the formula once I select it and turns out as an "#Incorrect Argument Set"

I have other sheets that i have created in the past and were working fine. Afte rcouple months I tried to edit some formulas in those, which I am the Owner again, but no luck. It just gives me the below go pay for it error:

I really don't know what to do while paying for licence and being asked for pay more (whatever that means) :(

Please help. When I try to connect to technical support All I could reach to was an AI bot telling me to pay more to get support otherwise use this community. A little bit frustrating to receive pay us more approach in this business model ut have no luck at this point I guess..

Hi,

Thanks for your kind technical help. Unfortunately, it looks like there is somethign odd with my licensing as I mentioned above that even the previously working sheets are not editable even though I am the one and only owner. I'm deeply sucked into "pay us more" to get more  well and even though i upgraded my subscription, and even though paid extra to get 7/24  phone help,  couldn't get a hold of anyone even after waiting for more than 1.5 hours once I called the phone number given. So helpless..
