Recent Issues with Workflow Automations

Hi -

We noticed that our workflow automations (specifically update requests), stopped working. When we look it says pending but nothing is being sent to the contact nor is it appearing in their notifications. When I run a test it works fine :-(. Notifications on the same sheet are fine. Is anyone else seeing issues.

We have observed inconsistencies in behavior in workflows that send update requests over the past week. Our staff has run tests but cannot find a consistent connection. Sometimes the email is received at the intended inbox, and sometimes it is not.

@Pamela I checked the Smartsheet Status reports. (https://status.smartsheet.com/) It looks like there is an issue going on that Smartsheet is working on. You can go to the status site and then subscribe to the specific issue you want to be keep up to date on.

why does it not show the bars in timeline view like most gantt charts do?
When i try to send or print the timeline view instead of showing the progression bars like they do on the screen it only send the data entered and not a graph type view to print. Is there a way to do this. I am using a mac platform if that helps.
