Update Form Not Working
I have confirmations from two weeks ago that I updated the Smartsheets through an update email that was sent; however, my updates don’t appear. My staff said that the form that pops up on the email that is sent doesn’t work so they have to update changes directly on the sheet. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I would check in with support directly and have them troubleshoot the issue with you.
