From a report, I would like to auto-generate an email for a new row added.

Notifications are set at the sheet level only (that is, they can’t be set for specific rows) at the moment. Please use this Product Enhancement Request link to add your vote for the ability to send notifications at the Report level as well to be considered by our Product Team for future implementations.
