Switching from licensed user to regular collaborator

We have a licensed user who no longer needs this level of access, so I want to switch her to the regular collaborator. If I do this will this effect any of her sheets that she created until the license user level? Or will she retain all of these and then just be limited as she moves forward?

They will lose access to the sheets they created. Have them share them with you and transfer ownership.
