Report not following set up description

I have built a report that is suppose to show those tasks that are not completed by the due date.  I've set it up to look for "today" or "in the past" when "the status ball is not green".

On a few of the tasks it still lists the task in my report even though the status ball is green.

Any ideas on how to fix that?
