I have a master data sheet linked to several reports. I would like to share a workspace containing just the reports, and make the 'master data sheet' not visible to the collaborators. How can I do this?
In order to see data in a report, you have to be shared to the sheets the report is pulled from. If you share only the report and the not the sheets, the user will see a blank report. You can publish a read only version of the report. Anyone with the report URL can view it without being share to the report or sheets (they just cannot edit it).
