Special design of embed Form & get IP from form

Hi,

1) we will use smartsheet-form to receive new inquiries from clients on our website. We would like to fit design of Smartsheet-form to design of the entire website. How can we change the design (colors and other visual effects) of Smartsheet form? The function "Get embed code" only give you iFrame without any option to change the design. When form is online we would also like to remove bottom links from our website - "Privacy Policy" and "Report Abuse" (we don't want that competitors know, we are using Smartsheet)

Is there any app which can be integrated into the sheet and give more ability about the design of form?

2) we would like to collect IP from where the inquiry was filled. Do Smartsheet-form has this option? Can we use some integration?

Hi Igor,

Have you looked at Smartsheet Sync for Google Forms ? You can also connect many different form solutions to Smartsheet.

thank you for information. Google form is OK but not fully/easy design-customizable (also it does not record IP). Could you list some other solutions/apps that can be used as a form in Smartsheet?

JotForm is another service that can be connected to Smartsheet and it also has the ability to log the ip address.
