Filling cells with the same formula, keeping the original destination row
I am trying to fill a large ss column with the same formula, when i do a fill down it adjusts the cell number - so for example - I am putting in =WORKDAY($[Due Date]88, -85) - I want all the next 30 rows to have that same formula but when i fill down the "88" changes to 89, 90, 91 etc. The only other way i have found is to cut and paste - any ideas?

Hello Leslie,
You will want to insert the $ (ABS function) in front of the cell number for it to remain static, like this: =WORKDAY([Due Date]$88, -85)

The dollar sign ($) is not the ABS function (which returns the absolute value of a number), but an absolute reference.
A cell reference can be relative (will change with copy paste) or absolute (won't). The absolute reference can be on the column, row, both, or neither.
=$[Columm Name]23
=[Columm Name]$23
=$[Columm Name]$23
=[Columm Name]23
If your cursor is not at the end of the formula, you can use Ctrl+L to cycle between the options.
