Allocating tasks to external vendor

Hi there
i am setting up the Christmas holiday calendar for my team. One of the resources on the project is external vendor which is based in China and will have a different holiday period to rest of the team i.e. they will be working on some of the holidays that we have.
How can i set up this resource to be 100% allocated on the holidays in my sheet ?

I set up an International Holidays sheet and assigned individuals to holidays that would be local for them (either due to location or travel). When assigning a task to an individual on another project sheet, I would see they were over-allocated and compensate accordingly.
