Permission to view a report in one Workspace that points to a sheet in another Workspace

I would like to create a report in a Workspace that is view only to a group in that Workspace, and have this report pulled from a sheet in another Workspace that this Group would not be allowed to view.  This does not seem to work, as the Group permissions don't allow this report to be run since this group is not allowed to view the other sheet.

 

Any ideas?
