Third Party Forms Capabilities

Is there a way to use third part forms to populate smartsheets? Basically I need a form that allows for multiple row entries per form, but I know that is outside of smartsheet forms current capabilities. So if I find a third party form system that allows it, is there a way to link it up with smartsheets?

I think you will find what you seek by using Google forms to Smartsheet. 

That also allows you to choose conditional logic which Smartsheet Forms cannot offer. 

ie you get a different set of next questions depending on how you answer the question before from a list of dropdown choices. 

Works well we have helped a number of Clients to utilise this.
