Andy here and I'm new to the community, so apologies if this has already been answered.

Does anyone know if there is a way of importing the ISO standards into a sheet?

I'm aware that they don't all need evidencing, but I would like to try and do this.

There currently isn't a way to import of programmatically enforce ISO standards on a sheet in Smartsheet. When you have a moment, please submit an Enhancement Request using the form (under Quick links on the right of the Community site) to let our Product team know how you'd like this type of feature to work in Smartsheet.
