Update Shared Users of functionality changes within a sheet

Does anybody know of a way to update all shared users (to a particular sheet) on new sheet functionality? It seems the only way to do this is set up a separate email where I have to pull out all the user names and send via an email client i.e. outlook.

An option within Smartsheet would be much easier.

For clarity, this is where I might want to inform the shared group that a bug has been resolved, or the Gantt charts now change colour depending on status etc etc. Activity log is far too detailed for the user community.

You can use the Send or Share Sheet button (envelope, top left of tool bar). It allows you to send an email via Smartsheet to all shared users of that sheet.

Thanks Eileen, I use that all the time to email sheets to myself and never spotted the 'email shared users'. Perhaps its time for an eye check-up :-)
