Conditional Formatting not working properly

Is anyone else having an issue with their conditional formatting not working properly after the most recent updates? My rules have not changed but the formatting is only displaying for some of the rules now. It is mostly occurring for rules that determine cell fill color.

Hi Faith,
With the release, we made the change that if multiple rules have the same condition and formatting, they will be consolidated into a single rule.

Unfortunately that's not the issue. The rule is not working at all.

Hmmm - thanks for the screenshot. Can I ask you to reach out to support@smartsheet.com? I'm not sure why it is not respecting the rule.
