Overview of Assigned tasks and status of different sheets

Hi guys,

I'm quite new, so my apologies if this is quite a silly question.

We would like to have a sheet that summarizes the open tasks of everyone in the organization. I first tried to structure one Client Sheet, so that I can later add all of our other clients in the same format.

I added two screenshots, one of the Sheet in which the to-do's are displayed. The other screens displays the actual Sheet in which the open tasks need to plotted (here you can see the current configuration of the report builder).

Do you guys have any idea why it cannot find any matching columns? Thanks already for your help!
