Indent not working

For some reason my indent and outdent is greyed out and unavailable.  I can't figure out what I am doing wrong.  Any ideas is very much appreciated.

Glad to hear its working! A couple things to check if this happens again. Make sure the row you are indenting under is not blank and make sure the row you are indenting isn’t already indented. Also, sometimes with hierarchies or filters it can look like a row is directly under another row, but really there are hidden rows in between them which could be blank and could prevent you from indenting.

I had the same thing happen! Turns out I moved the Primary Column to the right, which means the indent symbol was still on the Primary Column, just to the right of where I have been accustomed to seeing it.

Hi,

I am having trouble with not being able to access the indenting option. I previously entered a lot of information then decided to split it down by year using that functionality from 2020/2021 but now I need to add in 2019 so I inserted a new row above 2020 parent header and tried to recreate the same breakdown as I have done in 2020 and 2021 but it won't let me at all.....??? Any ideas
