Come on man, this is basic, easy, and really important.

+1 for this if its not implemented and located somewhere unknown to me...

This feature would be very helpful. I'd love to apply a formatting template to multiple sheets.

I feel everyone's pain! Yes, please bring on that functionality!
-
+1 for me! This really would help a lot and seems rather basic...
I really hope I am getting the wrong impression here, but after stumbling over several (rather basic...) unresolved issues one could possibly start to think ressources are invested rather in Sales than Development... but maybe on the 4th birthday of the start of this request???
Please prove me wrong...

+1 from me!!!!

+1 for me also. I have production budget sheets for 22 locations so the "master" template workarounds won't work. Now when a formatting change is requested I have to do it 22 times. What would be really nice is if the rules were created as objects outside of the sheets themselves, then you apply them to sheets. Then you don't have to copy and paste over and over again. And if you update one, it applies to all. But that is probably pushing it considering how long this request is hanging out there.
I also entered another enhancement request for this.
