I am looking to create a Smartsheet that will help me track my customers over the year. I work for a company that sells, deploys, and maintains ERP systems. That is Enterprise Resource Planning. I look after the customers after they have 'Gone Live' with the system. After they have settled down my objective is to run with a 'Post Implementation Strategy'. That is, to establish where there are gaps with their current configuration as they grow with the product and prepare themselves for ongoing training. If there is a requirement for additional modules I factor this in and scope the requirement. I want a sheet that will reflect all twelve months with quarterly summaries. I want to be able to grade my customers along the lines of Gold, Silver & Bronze. I will then be able to assign a value to each of these criteria. I then want to be able to assign dates for visits to each level. The objective is to finetune my Gold opportunities and ensure that I have contact time scheduled in a Master Smartsheet. This will allow me to forecast potential revenue, and to identify when I need assistance from a technical resource.
I could roll up my sleeves and study all the Smartsheet tutorials, but in honesty, that time should be spent with my ERP software. If I can source a specialist for an hour I believe I could get the bones of this thrashed out.
Looking forward to seeing if there is anybody out there with a similar requirement and solution.
