Images in a sheet

Hi There,

If we invest the time to create a sheet that has many images, then one day we need to get that out of smartsheet, is there a way?

The way I am asking would be en mass and not individually.

Hi Joseph,

If you request a backup the images/attachments will be included in the backup if you wan't.

Automation won't trigger
I've rebuilt my form at least five times and for the life of me cannot figure out why it will not trigger. I've tried to test and run it several times to no avail. Any tips would be very helpful. I was able to successfully trigger once, now nothing at all for a week.
Locking down fields in requests for updates
I have an automation that will send a request for an update to a supplier about a complaint. There are fields that the supplier needs to see to understand the issues. But, I would like to be able to lock those down so that the supplier cannot change the information in those fields. Is this possible? Freda
