Hi,
I have a planned date column, and I would like to send out an update request to the contact column when the planned date is = to today.
Is this possible?
Thanks,
Aaron
Yes, this is possible as long as you have the correct plan. I believe a Business or Enterprise Plan is required in order to send Automated Update Requests.
Do you know what type of plan you have? If you're unsure, let me know which of these tabs you can/cannot use at the bottom of your sheet. You would use the "Alerts & Actions" Tab in order to create this Update Request.
If you don't have a business or enterprise plan you can send out a reminder based on that date and customize your email asking them to update the information on the sheet. It doesn't send the update email, but it can work as a reminder to them to do the task.
