No comments when selected in Delivery Settings

I have an Alert & Action rule to send an approval request when a box is checked. That works just fine.

What's not working is the inclusion of the 'Comments' field/'column' when selected under Delivery Settings in the rule.

The dialog box shows "Include: 4 columns, comments" however, comments are never sent in the email.

Bug or some other exception I'm not aware of?

Hello joechap,

Alerts and actions will only send comment threads (as well as attachment links) when the notification rule is specifically set to trigger off of newly added or updated comments.

Otherwise, existing comment threads won't appear in the notification email.
