Create a Live Mobile App For an "Inventory" sheet

We are a Masonry Construction company. I have created a smartsheet for Equipment Inventory capturing data for: total stock; stock used per job; stock available; out date; date returned. I want our employees to be able to quickly Note "equipment taken". Currently using "Forms", when a change is made, it puts all new data in a single line, added to the bottom of Smartsheet. Has anyone done something similar that can give some advice? Would be much appreciated.
