Is there any way to set the status for a sheet so that it displays as a custom column in a folder? For instance, a status of "closed" so the admin knows the sheet can be exported and deleted?
Hi David,
There currently isn't a way to display the status of an entire sheet on the Home tab (where you see all of your folders and items).
You might consider including a row in all of your sheets that holds a sheet status. You can set that row's status to "closed" and then run a report to look for all "closed" rows. As long as your report includes the Sheet Name column, you'll be able to quickly find what sheets you'll need to export and delete.

We created "Closed Projects" folders in different workspaces. When a project is completed we add "CLOSED" to the end of the sheet name and move the sheet into that folder. When we run our report builder we exclude any sheet that has "CLOSED" in the title. Hope that idea helps.
Best,
Archie

So, I am trying to set up a fairly comprehensive notification to my colleagues, when specific data regarding their assigned events change. I selected as many of the changes as I was allowed (19 appears to be the max). And while the automation seems to work, it isn't highlighting the cell that was changed in yellow. Which…
