Is there any way to set the status for a sheet so that it displays as a custom column in a folder? For instance, a status of "closed" so the admin knows the sheet can be exported and deleted?
Hi David,
There currently isn't a way to display the status of an entire sheet on the Home tab (where you see all of your folders and items).
You might consider including a row in all of your sheets that holds a sheet status. You can set that row's status to "closed" and then run a report to look for all "closed" rows. As long as your report includes the Sheet Name column, you'll be able to quickly find what sheets you'll need to export and delete.

We created "Closed Projects" folders in different workspaces. When a project is completed we add "CLOSED" to the end of the sheet name and move the sheet into that folder. When we run our report builder we exclude any sheet that has "CLOSED" in the title. Hope that idea helps.
Best,
Archie

Hi Everyone, I am managing a pipeline tracking sheet, and there's one intake form and one dynamic view connecting with this sheet. For the column "Branch Contact" and "Sales leader", I set the filed type as "Contact list" and the validation as "No validation". Once I input the username in the intake form, I go to the…
