When I try to enter the Control Center

I get a slide that says

Sorry! You do not have permission to use this app.

why?

Hi Assaf,

Were you able to sign in and use Control Center before? Double-check the email address you're using to sign in.

Your account needs to have a Smartsheet license and be whitelisted during a consulting engagement with our in-house consulting team. If you're using the correct email address to sign in and you've already set up Control Center with our consultants, please reach out to our Support team to troubleshoot this further.
