Were you able to sign in and use Control Center before? Double-check the email address you're using to sign in.
Your account needs to have a Smartsheet license and be whitelisted during a consulting engagement with our in-house consulting team. More information on this is available in our help center: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2476701-smartsheet-control-center-frequently-asked-questions#login_req
