Data from web form not populating worksheet

We have a form on our website and when funding requests come in they submit the form and it usually populates the worksheet. We have received any requests so I submitted a form and it did not populate the 2018 Community Grants spreadsheet. I checked the routing and it is the same routing number on the form.

Have you checked so that the row isn't added to the bottom of the sheet instead?

Hi there,

I am having a similar issue, the form is saying that there has been 13 submissions, one of which was a test that I did. When I look at the submitted data there is only 11 entries. I have tried looking at the bottom of the sheet and they aren't there.

Does anybody have any suggestions on how I can recover this data?

Have you looked at the Activity Log on the sheet? Can you find it there?

Hi Andrée,

Similar issue reported to me on 3/4/21. A user entered 9 records, during entry they received the successful completion screen. They also request an email of their submission, in this case they only received 6 confirmations. I have checked the log files and was able to find 6 of the 9 entries for the timeframe they were entering the forms.

Hello, I am having the same issue where my form states that I have 15 submissions, however; I only see three on the sheet. I scrolled to the bottom and I do not see any submissions. Any advice on what is happening?

No, the number of forms doesn't affect anything. I have client solution with many more forms.

I'd be happy to take a quick look.
