Can I zoom out on the resource view to show the timeline by month and quarter and not just week, which is the default?
Hello,
At this time the resource view only shows resource allocation by week/day. You can let our product team know that you'd like resource views by month/quarter by clicking on the Submit Product Enhancement Request link on the right-side pane of Community pages
Thanks!

Has there been any progress on this issue? I assume someone logged an Enhancement Request back in 2018?
The export function provides a rather clunky table that limits the ability to analyze Resources any more than a day-by-day assessment. Per the OP, having a Weekly/Monthly report would be very handy, particularly for projects running longer than 12 months.
Anything on the Roadmap @Genevieve P ?
Regards,
Richard.
Hi @Richard Heath
No, there haven't been any recent updates to the Resource Report View in Smartsheet; the Report still shows resource views from a weekly perspective. You may want to look into 10,000ft (see here) to display different resource views for projects that span over 12 months.
Cheers,
Genevieve
Hello Smartsheet Community, I need some help with a report that I created and shared with a customer. The customer is not seeing any of the information that is pulling into the report. BLUF: When I create an Invoice, I need the cell-link to my live price data to be severed. I currently have a Price sheet for my products that is updated frequently. I use Control Center to create Projects, which includes an Invoice sheet. I have a dropdown on my invoice sheet to select a product, and then I use Index…
I've seen many thread with this, none of which have the answer the user was looking for, so I'm starting a new one, hoping this can be an update. I manage a log with many graphic designers who share this log with me. For items not yet on order but have item #'s created, I like to keep them under a parent row neatly tucked…
