Conditionally move rows with Zapier and a check box

Hello all, I would like to automate my time sheet approvals. I use the professional plan with zapier, which does allow multiple steps.

I am trying to conditionally move a row when a check box is checked in the "approved" column. However, I cant figure out how to enter the selection criteria in the "custom" value portion of the zap.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You need a Filter step.

In general, when using Smartsheet with Zapier, you want to filter so that you don't get false positives on the trigger with undesirable results.

When selecting step 2 App in Zapier, select the Filter App.

The short answer is no.

But there is a catch. After connecting, we determined that this issue described here is/was actually third on the priority list. We fixed the first one and are currently both swamped with other things (including vacations, yeah!) and will return to it shortly. We're going to redesign some of the sheets which will make the moving rows issues easier if not trivial.
