Is it possible to assign a task (or milestone) a specific time on a planning calendar? I'd like to be able to have it link back to a specific appointment in my outlook calendar, if this is possible.
Any Suggestions?

There currently isn't a way to assign a specific time of day to a task in Smartsheet. When you have a moment, please submit an enhancement request using the Product Enhancement Request form under Quick links on the right of the community site. This will let our Product team know that you'd like to see this functionality in Smartsheet.
We had a licensed user delete several files before leaving our organization. All of the sheets he owned have been transferred to someone else.
