Alerts & Actions rule - Invalid Recipients
I've set up a proper chain of approvals that go off without a hitch when I use myself or my managers email. However, when it comes to adding the real people I want to sent the request for approval out to I get a Invalid Recipient in my Alerts and Actions Rule. I've doubled checked and the email addresses are correct and they are within my organization. What I'm I missing?

It's possible that you need to change notification settings on the sheet or account level in order to allow notifications to be sent out to anyone with an email address (even when they're not shared to your sheet). More info on this is in the help center:
