I have someone sharing their smartsheet with me but it is not translating their formatting to my view, what can I do?

Hi Surita, does the other user have filters applied to their sheet? Filters are personal for each user, so if the other user has a filter applied, you will not see that filter when you open the sheet. Other than filters, everything should be the same on both sheets. If it isnt filters, could you please explain what is different between the views?
