Contact Smartsheet

I have a number of issues with things not working in Smartsheet. I have emailed, and not received a response that helps to fix the issue. 

I have then been calling the contact number all day, and been unable to get through to speak to anyone, as after waiting it tells me no one is available.

Does anyone know how i can speak to someone at Smartsheet. It is a Datamesh issue that has been a problem for over a week now.

I've always had success reaching them via the contact form. Don't give up. Have you tried checking out the system status? https://status.smartsheet.com/ to see if they are currently experiencing issues in that area?
