Service grinding to a halt

Further to my other post this morning, we've now found that the service is grinding to a halt. Our office, and our clients offices are barely able to save any data to a sheet or report and it's crippling our day.

Is there anyone else suffering so heavily today?

    Yes, all of the users using the tables I created are seeing a major performance issue.  Users are waiting in excess of 3 minutes for records to save (some just hang there).

  • Hi Dianne - we've noticed it seems to be relative to sheet size.

    Creating a new sheet and making changes to it via reports, or directly to the sheet is lightning fast.

    We usually have sheets of around 2000 rows and 50 columns, but they perform satisfactorily.

    Since Friday, those same sheets (at the same size) are performing horrendously!
