Sending Reports Automatically via Email with a dynamic contact list

We send out 100's of reports to customers monthly and have these set up at the time we set up a report.

Our problem is our customer email addresses change often, which means we have to re set-up the report email to be sent to the new email address.

Is there anyway to make this dynamic - ie the report looks up another smartsheet to find the matching email to send to?  so we could just update our database email sheet, and not have to re set-up the reports each time an email changes?

Why not see if you can write a ruel that Zapier can work with, but this is a similar problem to Dynamic Dropdowns, which we are working on resolving here at SBP using the API.
