Hi there SSimmons,

Any chance you might share a few more details of what you are looking for? Meaning, is it an open answer type of questionnaire where people fill in whatever they want or is it more like you are giving them some choices (ex. dropdown choices) to pick from?

Steve it will be a little of both - some answers filled in, others we will provide choices.

Yes.. several. Did one that was a survey to over 100 people nationwide to collect answers. Sent out the webform link in an email and had them reply.

Another, created mutliple webforms for 1 sheet to use for workers to submit client data to process.

What specificlaly are you looking to do?
