No. By design, the radio button control guides you to make one distinct choice (from one or more options).

Thanks, Amy. Do you know of a way I can offer fields in which the recipient can choose multiple options like checkboxes? I know that makes the response data difficult to manage, but I want to ask before assuming otherwise.
