Linked projects and Resource management

I have built what I am calling a master project sheet.

it has projects as well links to other detail project plans.

When I invoke the resources allocation (icon) from the "master projescts" sheet,  I do not see all the resources allocated within the hyperlinked project.

Is there something I am missing to get the "linked project resources" to show up in the resources allocation grid?

any suggestions for a solution would be appreciated.

Hi Ken, if you want resources to show up on your master project sheet, you will need to link the start date, duration, % allocation (if used) and assigned to columns. But, be aware that if you have the same task displayed on multiple sheets (even if by cell linking) then the user will be allocated to that task twice (once on the orginal and once on the destination sheet) and will show as over allocated. If you are using cell linking to create a master sheet, then you might consider not using resource management on the master sheet.
