Is there a way to make the comments field - show in the main sheet with all the comments? Apparently it is too hard for my users to go to the comments box -any suggestions on how to achieve the same result?
Sounds like you need new users .
Unfortunately there is no way to show sheet comments in the way you'd like.
While you can't make them all show, if you click the comments tab at the bottom of the sheet, it will open and then they can choose comments via sheets or rows.

Its very frustrating when you are adding multiple columns and having to use the slide bar to move to the end and then click the 3 dots and add another column. Seems there has to be an easier more productive way.
