I can't find these templates Smartsheet, is anyone able to find or access inside of smartsheets?

We're working on getting the Smartsheet version of all of these templates in our template gallery and on our various template sites, but they're not all there yet!
I was able to obtain the template that we will eventually put on that site though, you can access it here.

In the new USM, are users who are designated as Viewers only able to download/export sheets they are given access to e.g. to Excel?

The values of the series are already in financial number format but the axis numbers aren't. Attached screenshot for reference.
