interaction on dasboard metric widget

Hello community,

here is my problem:

I have a planning on a sheet with a lot of differents actions. Some of them are complete, some others are not started or late or on hold, etc. I have also a dashboard where appears the numbers of my actions by categories with metric widgets. And now i would like to create an interaction when the widget are clicked on. For example, when i click on the number of my late actions in my dashboard, i would like smarsheet to open my action list with only my late actions and not all actions. I was looking for if i can apply a filter when it opens my action list but i didnt find anything.

Someone can help me please ?

You can link to a report that shows only the late actions. Would that work for you?

yes but it will work for a time. My late actions are changing all the time. 

Is there  a possibility to create a link to a sheet that contains multiple status for my actions ( late, done, on hold), and that apply a filter when i click on it, showing only the late ones?

Putting all the "late" actions in a report wouldn't work because they would not get updated when i change status in the main sheet. The new lates actions will not appears on it automatically, and the late actions which will be completed will not disappear from my report

You could link late, done and on hold to different reports. Another way could be to link to the sheet and have filters for the different statuses. 

To have the "late" actions in the report should work because it gets updated when you change something in the main sheet. It will happen automatically.
