Form / Calendar Integration

Hi SS Community,

I'm working on using smartsheets to allow our sales team to schedule ads to run. I would like to integrate the schedule form (created in SS) with a calendar so that they will see what dates are available as they are filling out the form. For example, dates that are full are grayed out and are unselectable. Dates that are available are selectable and enter into the form when clicked.

Is there a way to do this in SS?

Hi Mary Lou,

A possible workaround would be to publish the calendar and the link to the form so that they could open the calendar and then the form.

Would that work for you?

Newbie question - how do I publish the sheet in calendar format? I've only been able to do it in grid format.

When you have shared the sheet, you can change the settings.
