I have a sheet which records my orders as in attached.

I want to make the NEW sheet with the exact same headings so I can remove the completed order

from the Sheet #1 and move it to sheet #2 ( new) .

    Hi Michael,

I'm not sure what you mean but here goes.

You can make a copy of the sheet or move/copy the rows to another sheet.

You could also use reports or filters depending on your specific use case.

Is this what you meant and will it work for you?

    I hope this helps you!

Open the sheet you would like to duplicate.  Right click on the tab and select save as new.  Change the name of the "new" sheet and select the location to save it.  Then open the new sheet, remove the data that you don't want and re-save.  You will have an exact replica.
